Welcome to EDTC 6325 - Educational Communications. Classes begin on Wednesday, January 13, 2021. This course follows the UTRGV Accelerated Programs Calendar so become familiar with it because it will provide important dates throughout the semester. Please read the Start Here, Course Syllabus, Calendar and Projects pages carefully. In particular pay close attention to how you will be evaluated for this course. During the first few days of class, your objective should be to become familiar with the course objectives, layout, and expectations.
Our weekly meetings will be facilitated through Zoom Videoconferencing on Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM Central Time. Although these meetings are optional, and will be archived for later viewing, I encourage you to participate.If you have any questions or run into technical problems, please don’t hesitate to contact me at rene.corbeil@utrgv.edu or by calling (956) 882-7540. Your success in this course will be dependent upon open and constant communication between you and your instructor, and between you and your fellow classmates. Note: The 4th edition is also available. I have not yet reviewed the new edition so I don’t know if it will be a good fit for the course. I do not recommend that you purchase the 4th edition at this time.. Welcome to EDTC 6325 and let's Begin!
